TAT Releases New Corporate Training Video Highlighting the Realities of Human Trafficking in Canada

In January 2025Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) unveiled a new corporate training video emphasizing that all employees—from HR professionals to salespeople, administrative staff to executives, marketers to logistics team members—play a vital role in combating human trafficking.

“Whether their roles are public-facing or behind the scenes, everyone lives and works within a community where they might witness human trafficking.”

The video features insights from three survivors, including Canadian advocate Karly Church. It aims to help employees understand the intersections of sex and labor trafficking in the areas where they live, work, or travel, equipping them with the knowledge to identify signs and take appropriate action if they suspect trafficking.
