Beauharnois, Quebec – Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP Canada) has officially inaugurated its largest coffee distribution center in Canada, marking a major expansion of its national operations. Located in Beauharnois, Quebec, this state-of-the-art 602,000-square-foot facility significantly enhances the company’s distribution capabilities for its coffee products, brewers, and e-commerce operations.

A strategic expansion to support growth

The project, initially launched by OleaDev in 2023 with a 421,000-square-foot footprint, has been expanded by an additional 181,000 square feet to accommodate KDP Canada’s growing needs. The facility is managed by DHL Supply Chain, the company’s third-party logistics partner, creating 130 indirect jobs for operations and shipping management.

This milestone is part of KDP Canada’s broader national growth strategy, complementing the opening of another distribution center in Balzac, Alberta, in 2024, as well as the modernization of the coffee roasting and packaging plant in Montreal’s Saint-Michel district.

A center designed for efficiency and employee well-being

The Beauharnois facility was built with employee comfort in mind, featuring a bright and welcoming cafeteria and lounge to enhance the overall work environment.

Key features of the distribution center include:

40-foot clear height

More than 60,000 pallet positions (one-third in racking, the rest in bulk storage)

77 dock doors

75 trailer parking spaces

This modern infrastructure provides ideal storage conditions for coffee products and small appliances, ensuring the highest quality for Canadian consumers.

“This visionary project will drive our Canadian growth and reflects our commitment to optimizing our supply chain. A huge thank you to Carl Saba, MBA, Vice President — Supply Chain, and Christophe Deschang, MBA, PMP, Senior Director — Logistics, as well as their entire teams for their outstanding work.”
