« We welcomed the President and CEO of Navistar Inc today ! For me personally, it was a big deal ! I could feel my creative senses tingling just like spiderman with his spidey-sense… Letting loose the creative side of people has inspired many ideas that led to significant/life-changing product or company.  Mathias Carlbaum makes me feel like he’s the kind of leader that could ignite some wild creative thoughts — eliminate fear of failure on top of that and my brain is on a magic carpet ride with never-ending ideas, always tackling the status quo with new angles until one (or a couple) hits the spot. I couldn’t let the opportunity slip to ask him a quick (but complex) question regarding the future of a truck dealership. Thank you Mathias for taking the time.
