Manitoulin Transport a occupé le premier rang dans l’édition canadienne 2023 de l’étude sur la valeur et la fidélisation de la clientèle du transport de charges partielles de Mastio & Company. L’étude complète à l’échelle du secteur d’activité a classé Manitoulin Transport comme le meilleur transporteur parmi 360 transporteurs, selon les principaux décideurs du secteur.

Les professionnels du secteur ont toujours nommé Manitoulin Transport comme leur meilleur transporteur lorsqu’ils ont été interrogés sur les qualités concernant la fiabilité, la facilité d’exercer ses activités, la résolution de problèmes, l’exactitude de la facturation, les expéditions livrées dans les délais promis, le processus de réclamation et la communication proactive.

« Le fait de recevoir le prix canadien Mastio 2023 pour la meilleure qualité réaffirme que nous faisons ce qu’il faut pour nos clients », a déclaré Jeff King, Président de Manitoulin Transport. « Manitoulin travaille très fort pour fournir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en y ajoutant une valeur exceptionnelle. Les résultats de l’étude de 2023 sont basés sur des entretiens effectués avec 887 clients et de 2 600 observations. Environ 360 transporteurs et 5 400 réponses qualitatives à plusieurs questions ouvertes sur des entreprises individuelles. Les entretiens ont été menés par téléphone avec des décideurs clés, de la fin de février jusqu’en mai 2023.
